The tuition listed applies to the first student. When registering two or more students, a savings will be applied to each student enrolled, equalling a 10% discount for each student after the first.  All Supplies included unless otherwise noted.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS: You must be 18 or over to agree to our terms. Parents/Guardians must be listed as the primary and secondary contacts for any participant under 18. Any student under 18 who does not have parental/guardian contact will not be accepted to camp.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not attained. BlackBox reserves the right to cancel low-enrollment camps, classes, or workshops, when necessary, as well as change the time, dates of offerings.

For canceled classes, a full refund will be granted, or the participant may request to be transferred to another class on a space–available basis.

Medical Emergency
In case of a medical emergency, in the event that I cannot be reached, I consent to medical treatment for the registered child deemed necessary by physicians. I understand that I am responsible for all costs and expenses for such medical treatment.

Liability Waiver
By enrolling, parents/guardians and students acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in BlackBox Music & Arts programs. BlackBox Music & Arts, its staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, property damage, or loss occurring on the premises at 1401 Dezarae St, #6, San Antonio, TX 78253, or during related activities. Parents/guardians are responsible for informing students of all rules regarding behavior and safety.  Please note that the pool and upstairs areas are strictly off-limits.

Media Release
Photos and videos of students and/or student work may be used in BlackBox promotional materials, newsletters, and social media without compensation. Student names will not be published without specific parental consent. At BlackBox, we love celebrating our students’ creativity! Photos and videos of students and student work may appear in our promotional materials, newsletters, and on social media. A media release is required for participation. Student names will never be shared publicly without parental or guardian consent
